Refund Policy

Mind Write Now has a 30 days return and exchange policy. You can return any goods you have purchased from Mind Write Now for a refund or exchange as long as they are still in their original condition with all original packaging within 30 days of when you received them. In order to initiate a return or exchange please contact us at: support@mindwritenow.com with all the relevant details and we will arrange for your return or exchange accordingly.

Please note shipping fees and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the refunded amount.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed - please note that only store credit is available for orders paid via cash or credit card on delivery.

If we are unable to accept your return or exchange we will send you your items back and explain the reason for refusal. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

EXCHANGES

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. Once the returned items are approved for exchange we will dispatch the items that you have selected as an exchange.

If we are unable to accept your return or exchange we will send you your items back and explain the reason for refusal.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
